Requirements

Fall 2008/Spring 2009 Season

AYSO Region 190 is open to all boys and girls whose birthdays range between August 1, 1989 and July 31, 2004.  Region 190 is on a fall-spring schedule aligned with the school year. Registration in May 2008 will include 2 sessions (20 games), which will be held the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009. Through May 8, 2008, registration will cost:

Youth (Under 5 years old)

• $95 for first child

(child must be at least 4 years old as of July 31, 2008)

Youth (Under 6 - Under 14)

• $105 for first child

Youth (Under 16 & Under 19)

• $55 for first child

(this age division plays one half season only)

SAVE $- $10 discount per child for 2nd and 3rd child in same family (4th or more child in the same family is free)

SAVE $- $5 discount per child for pre-registering online (see "How to Register" below) and bringing 3 signed copies of forms to registration (one for National, one for the Region, and one for the coach).

There will be no late registration after the final posted registration date.  See the "Calendar" page for scheduled registration dates.

How to Register

Region 190 holds registration sessions at the end of each season for the next upcoming season.  Registration dates are typically scheduled in the spring for the following Fall/Spring season.  To check on the status of registration, please see the next section titled "Current Registration Status" or visit the Calendar section of this website.

In order to register your child(ren) at the registration session, the following information is required:

• Parent or guardian must be present at registration
• Bring 3 signed copies of the completed registration forms from www.eayso.org for discount
• Must bring legal proof of age (birth certificate or passport) 
• Must bring current school size picture
• Must know child’s height and weight
• Must pay the required registration fee(s) via check, money order, Visa, or Mastercard
  (absolutely no cash will be accepted!)

Registration forms will need to be completed before or at the time of registration.  If any of the above requirements cannot be met at the time of registration, your child will not be registered.

Want to save time at registration??

Region 190 announces Online sign-ups for players and volunteers!  At a time and place convenient for you, you can provide all the information you normally have to write by hand on an application form. When finished, print out three copies of each form, sign and date them and bring them to one of our registration events (see the "Calendar" page of this website for a schedule of locations, dates, and times). We’ll have an “Express Line” just for those who have pre-registered online. Just submit your forms and pay any player fees and you can be on your way!

Current Registration Status

Registration for the Fall 2008 will be opening soon.  To view any future registration dates, times, and locations click on "Calendar" on the left side on this page. 

Once registration is closed, you may place you child on the wait list by submitting the requested information in the "Wait List" section below.

Wait List

To place your child on the wait for future available openings during the current season, please fill out the form below in its entirety and click on the "Submit" button.  Note: any missing information may delay processing of your request.

Refund Policy

All players who drop before the actual start of the season are entitled to a full refund upon written request.  There will be no refunds for players who drop after this day, unless approved by the Regional Board.  There are two methods for submitting a refund request.

1.  Fill out the form below, and click on the "Submit" button [Preferred method]

2.  Mail a letter to the Regional Treasurer requesting a refund. All refund requests must state the child's name and birthday. Refund requests must be accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Send the letter to:

Please note that all refund requests will take four to six weeks to process.

Player Age Guide

The following table can be used to determine which age division your child will be registered in for the 2008 Fall/2009 Spring soccer season.  Locate the month and year of the birth of your child below, and look to the left of the row for the appropriate division.
