- Welcome to the home page for AYSO Region 190 of the American Youth Soccer Organization. AYSO Region 190 is open to all boys and girls whose birthdays range between August 1, 1991 and July 31, 2006. Our geographical coverage includes all of Sterling Heights, Michigan. Many of our players live in surrounding communities. AYSO Region 190 consists of over 1,300 players and a host of volunteers, including more than 150 coaches, over 40 referees, commissioners, field managers, team parents, and many more.

- U5 PROGRAM Fall session is scheduled to begin on Sunday, September 12, 2010. For more information on this program (including updated schedule), click here. Please note that each parent should always come to the field each Sunday, as weather cancellations will only be made on the field at game time. Players, Coaches, Referees, and other volunteers register online at eAYSO.org. If you are new to AYSO you can begin the registration process online. If you have registered online before, you can update your information for the new season. All volunteers are required to update their information at least once per season. Once you have completed your registration online, you must print out 2 copies of your forms, sign them, and either bring them to registration or contact the Child & Volunteer Protection Advocate (contact information on the "Board" page of this website). |

As part of AYSO's education agenda, Kids Zone is a dynamic program targeted at eliminating negative sidelines behavior. It is aimed toward producing a thoroughly positive impact on everyone involved in youth soccer. To read more on this program, click on the logo to the left.
